Seamless Acoustical Ceiling Systems
- Monolithic Acoustic Panels — room side
- Visible panel faces may use architectural patterns, micro-fissures, or cleanroom vinyl facings, depending on the selected product.
- Acoustic core — plenum side
- Panels may use high-density fiberglass or mineral-wool cores. Raw, unfinished backs are typically amber or yellow-toned. Cores are selected for sound dampening against project-specific NRC/CAC targets; verify actual performance for the specified, tested product and assembly.
- Concealed Grid Assemblies
- An extruded metal T-bar grid or Concealed Grid Assemblies support selected ceiling panels below the overhead structural plenum. Chicago Metallic Suspended Grid Systems are an illustrative profile reference; confirm the selected product and details against approved project submittals.
